Be looking for a house and able to secure a home loan or bond
Earn between R3 501 and R22 000
Be a South African citizen with a valid identity document or a permanent resident with a permanent residence permit
Not have previously derived benefits from a housing subsidy scheme or other state-funded or assisted housing subsidy scheme conferring ownership, leasehold or deed-of-grant benefits
Not have owned a fixed residential property before
Be over 18 or legally married or divorced, and of sound mind
Be married or cohabiting, or single with proven financial dependants living with you
