Steps to Appeal the SASSA SRD R350 Grant:
- Visit the ITSAA Website:
- Go to the website of the Independent Tribunal for Social Assistance Appeals (ITSAA).
- Enter Your Identification Number:
- Locate the section where you can enter your identification number.
- Provide Your Cell Phone Number:
- During the initial application process, you would have used your cell phone number. Enter the same number here.
- Submit the PIN:
- Look for the "Pin" option and click on it to send the PIN.
- Insert the PIN and Submit:
- Once you receive the PIN, enter it in the designated field and click "Submit."
- Select the Specific Month for Appeal:
- You will have the option to choose the specific month for which you want to appeal. Select the relevant month.
- Choose the Reason for Appeal:
- Using the drop-down arrow, select the reason for your appeal application. Choose the most appropriate option.
- Submit the Appeal Application:
- After completing all the necessary information, click on the "Submit" button to finalize your appeal application.
