Overview
The Western Cape Department: Education supports schooling and education outcomes in the province through policy, planning, and service delivery programmes. It works on curriculum support, educator development priorities, learner support initiatives, and systems that improve school performance and governance. By strengthening teaching and learning and improving system management, the department contributes to better learner outcomes and more reliable education services across the Western Cape.
