Overview

The Mpumalanga Department: Human Settlements supports housing and settlement development programmes aimed at improving access to adequate housing and livable neighbourhoods. It coordinates planning and delivery frameworks, supports housing finance and subsidy programmes where applicable, and works with municipalities and partners to improve project execution. By strengthening settlement planning and delivery capacity, the department contributes to better housing outcomes and more sustainable community development.
